Q&A
DO CSF SCHOOL FEES HAVE TO BE PAID ONLINE? WILL CHEQUES OR CASH STILL BE ACCEPTED?
Registering for online payment is optional. Parents and guardians will still be able to pay any school fees by cheque; however, cash payments are now discouraged. This will save schools from having to handle and keep cash, and students will not have to carry large amounts of money. Please make your payments by cheque or online (for schools currently offering that option).

WILL I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY PURCHASE?
The person who makes the online payment will receive an on-screen confirmation of the purchase once the payment has gone through. This may be printed by clicking on the print icon. Purchase information is also saved in the “Payment History” tab. Finally, a receipt will also be sent to the email address connected with the account on the School Cash Online system.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGET MY USER NAME OR PASSWORD?
